Additional Information

To get the most out of Faber-Castell Polychromos Colour Pencils, always choose a suitable drawing surface.

High-quality drawing papers and higher GSM papers provide the best surface, for these artist quality pencils. They have good resistance to advanced rendering techniques, and erasability.
Hot-pressed papers have a smooth surface, which produce clearly defined pencil strokes and are ideal for detailed and precise drawings.
Cold-pressed papers have a fine to coarse surface which break up pencil strokes, giving the drawing a looser look.
Colourful and darker papers accentuate the brilliance of the Polychromos colours.
