This stylish Bisque Fired Ceramic Dinner Plate is ready to decorate with your favourite glazes. Paint your design with Northcote Pottery underglaze directly on the plate and allow to dry, cover with Northcote clear Midfire Brush-on Glaze and fire in the kiln. The plate is made from Midfire clay, so firing is a breeze. Students will be delighted after creating their very own plate that will last a lifetime. Glaze Instructions:
  1. Paint design directly on to the bisque fired plate with Northcote Pottery underglaze colours. Apply colours in two thin and even coats with a soft brush and allow to dry.
  2. Apply two coats of clear Midfire Brush-on glaze to the whole plate and allow each coat to fully dry before the next.
  3. Place the plate in a plate and fire between 1190-1220 °C (Cone 6)
